Be the friendly face and first point of contact for patients at one of South Australia’s leading cardiology practices. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless patient experiences while supporting a dedicated team of cardiologists and healthcare professionals.
What we’re looking for:
We want someone with proven medical reception experience, confident managing appointments, patient records, and liaising with doctors and clinical staff. If you are organised, compassionate, and thrive in a patient-focused environment, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk operations efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple practitioners
- Accurately maintain patient records in medical software (e.g., Best Practice, Medical Director, or similar)
- Answer phones and emails professionally, handling patient enquiries with empathy
- Work closely with cardiologists and clinical staff to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Salary: $55–60K + super, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday, business hours – no nights or weekends
