Your position as Medical Receptionist:
As the first point of contact for patients and their families, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments with accuracy and care
- Processing and maintaining patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Coordinating with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monday to Friday, business hours – no nights or weekends
- Competitive salary of $55–60K + super, based on experience
