This role blends social media, content creation, campaign strategy and lead generation, with the goal of growing brand visibility and bringing in new clients.
You’ll be working with a small, collaborative business that designs and builds beautiful, functional fit-outs for commercial spaces where design truly makes a difference.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Create short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — you’ll be on camera!
- Manage social calendars and craft engaging digital content
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and copy that drives engagement
- Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on insights
- Support sales: qualify leads, book meetings, and follow up
- Keep CRM and project pipelines accurate and up to date
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, content or lead generation
- Confident and comfortable being featured in video content
- Excellent communication skills; personable, professional and proactive
- Hands-on with social media, content tools, and CRM systems
- Full Australian working rights (PR or citizen)
- Happy to work full-time from the Cranbourne office (onsite parking)
- Full-time permanent role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:00pm)
- $80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Bonus
