This full-time role focuses on meeting customer needs with a solution-driven approach, handling sales and technical inquiries. This role would be perfect for someone who excels at building relationships, solving problems, sales and are motivated by a team environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Deliver tailored solutions - no two customers are the same!
- Assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records using Netsuite CRM
- Contribute to meeting team sales/support targets
Ideally, you have a few years in a Sales & Customer support role under your belt. Experience within the print industry (particularly with an understanding of adhesive labels and the prepress process) is highly desirable but not a requirement.
- A strong customer centric mindset
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Netsuite and/or Shopify experience is highly regarded)
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Willing to learn the ins and outs of the commercial printing industry
