In this role, you’ll take a sales-focused approach while still supporting general customer service needs when required. This is not a heavy sales position — most of your day will involve making outbound calls, following up on active campaigns, and assisting retailers with enquiries.
You’ll be running a variety of call campaigns, whether that’s promotin products, closing off previous promotions, or managing communication-based outreach. Campaign volumes can range anywhere from 60 to 300 calls depending on the scope and urgency, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at pace. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll be moving between sales activity and service support throughout the day.
