THE ROLE:
Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, you’ll join a collaborative team of 6 and play a pivotal role as the link between sales, production, and design. The role combines traditional customer service with a technical edge: you’ll help manage customer enquiries and orders while also interpreting architectural and structural drawings to assist with material estimation and utilisation.
You’ll be hands-on across:
- Managing order lifecycles and timelines
- Coordinating with internal teams on job progress
- Supporting estimation processes using plans/drawings
- Answering enquiries and delivering standout service
This is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, liaising across departments, and delivering practical outcomes for customers.
ABOUT YOU:
We’re after someone who enjoys a technical, service-driven role - ideally with:
- 2–3 years’ customer service or sales support experience
- Exposure to estimation or interpreting drawings (in construction, manufacturing, or related fields)
- A strong eye for detail and solid communication skills
- Someone who’s team-oriented, proactive, and curious to learn
