You'll be the first point of contact for customers while supporting the wider team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Customer service via phone and email
- Sales support and product enquiries
- Preparing quotes and invoices
- Coordinating deliveries and service requests
- Order follow-ups and customer updates
- General administration and operational support
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organised and proactive
- Confident multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new systems
- A collaborative team player
