The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers with payment-related queries. You’ll take inbound calls, respond to emails, and provide supportive, solution-focused service to help clients stay on top of their accounts. Whether it’s explaining payment options, updating details, or working through overdue accounts in a respectful and empathetic way — your goal is to make every interaction a positive one.
You’ll be part of a warm, energetic team that works together to solve problems, support customers, and deliver exceptional service.
