The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling with general enquiries or needing assistance. You’ll take inbound calls, answer questions clearly and patiently, and provide support to help customers find the right answers or solutions. Whether it is assisting with general information, directing enquiries to the right place, or resolving straightforward issues, your goal is to ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
What’s In It For You?
- Full time hours Monday - Friday (No weekends)
- Earn a competitive hourly rate between $35 - $40 + super
- Multiple full-time contract roles available for 3 to 6 months, with strong potential for extension

- Customer service experience is required; previous call centre experience is preferred but not essential

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and learning
- A national police clearance obtained within the last 6 months is highly valued
