In this role, you will respond to phone and email enquiries from students, teachers, and parents as they navigate further study options.

Role Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Location: Fully remote – you must have a quiet space to work from
- Pay:$43.93 per hour + super
- Contract Length: 2 months
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
- Contact centre experience is highly desirable
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be open to working occasional overtime, penalty rates apply
- Must supply your own laptop
