If so, we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service agents to provide exceptional support to customers through both digital channels (messaging, email) and over the phone.

What you'll be doing:
  • Be the friendly, helpful voice (or keyboard!) that guides customers through their banking journey.
  • Tackle inquiries with confidence, providing accurate information and efficient resolutions.
  • Use your excellent communication skills and empathy to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Educate and encourage customers to utilise self-service and digital channels, making their lives easier.

Who we're looking for:
  • Customer service minds that are passionate about helping people!
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a contact centre environment (preferred, but not essential).
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Full working rights for the duration of a 3 month contract.
