As a Service and Retention Consultant, you’ll assist inbound customers with their health insurance inquiries. Your role will focus on understanding each customer's needs, recommending suitable policies, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll act as a trusted guide, ensuring customers feel supported and valued at every step.
