We are excited to be recruiting for Customer  Service and Retention Consultants for a leading Australian private health insurance provider, known for crafting personalised plans for members, veterans, and families.

What’s in it for you?
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Attractive salary of $68k + super
  • Surrey Hills location, 4 mins walk from train station or free off-street parking
  • Monday–Thursday, 8.30am–6pm and Friday, 8.30am–5pm (8-hour shifts)
  • No weekend or evening work
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
  • Supportive training environment and clear career progression
  • $1,300 in private health insurance allowance following probation
About the role?

As a Service and Retention Consultant, you’ll assist inbound customers with their health insurance inquiries. Your role will focus on understanding each customer's needs, recommending suitable policies, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll act as a trusted guide, ensuring customers feel supported and valued at every step.

About you?

We’re keen to connect with candidates who bring experience in:
  • Telecommunications, energy, financial services, or insurance
  • Phone-based customer service and/or sales roles
  • Working towards and achieving KPIs in a high-volume environment
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong communication and problem-solving skills
