We’re currently seeking experienced Customer Service and Administrative Assistants to support a busy Plan Management company in Melbourne’s CBD.
- Temporary contract until Xmas with potential to extend
- Fully office-based | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- $35.15 per hour + super (paid weekly)
- Based in Melbourne CBD
Key Responsibilities:
- Making and receiving calls
- Responding to email enquiries
- Data entry and CRM management
- Document handling and electronic filing
- Currently hold an NDIS Workers Screening Check OR hold Australian Citizenship
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service/administrative position is highly desirable
