This role is a combination of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.

About you:
- Experience working within a contact centre role
- Intermediate Excel experience.
- Ability to use multiple systems and screens
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Driver's License preferred due to Eastern Creek training location
- A positive and resilient attitude.
