The Role
As a Credit Assessor, you will assess and analyse financial applications, reviewing credit reports, income statements, and other financial documents. You will:
- Determine applicants’ ability to repay and identify potential risks
- Make informed recommendations in line with policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure all assessments are thorough, accurate, and compliant

- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday–Friday, plus one Saturday or Sunday per month
- Hybrid flexibility: 2 days WFH, 3 days in the office
- Attractive salary: $90–100K inclusive of super

About You
- Experience in credit assessment or underwriting within auto finance or asset finance
- Strong understanding of financial documents, credit reports, and assessment tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
