Key Expectations of the Role:
  • Liaise with Sales Consultants to workshop their deals so that they have the best chance of approval.
  • Assessing the applications, and further liaising with the Sales Consultants with any outstanding documentation.
  • Ordering the property valuation.
  • Packaging the application, and submitting to the wholesale funder.
  • Liaise with the funder's assessor with regards to any questions or outstanding documents.
  • Following up with the funder for approval.
  • Instructing the solicitors.
  • Helping to push the deals through to settlement with the support of your credit assistant.
  
About you:
We are looking for an outstanding applicant who has previously excelled in a banking environment and has had over 2 years of experience with writing or assessing home loan applications.
This applicant also requires:
  • Excellent people skills - as you will be dealing with various stakeholders on a daily basis, it is essential that you are able to build great working relationships
  • Confident with technology – this company really leans on technology, in particular  Hubspot. You will need to learn the various systems we use, and confidently use them to their full potential.
