In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting project delivery by managing contracts, documentation, and financial processes. You’ll work closely with project managers, builders, and customers to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with builders, customers, and internal teams to define project outcomes and timelines
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and progress claims using SimPro/PayApps
- Collect and analyse project data, report on outcomes, and assist with budgeting
- Maintain project records, compliance certificates, manuals, and site documentation
- Perform general admin duties: answer calls, welcome visitors, and assist the accounts team
- Previous experience in contract administration or project coordination, construction industry preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with SimPro, PayApps, or similar project management systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
