This is a 3-month temporary contract on a full-time rotating roster (Monday–Sunday) with penalty rates for weekends and overtime.

What you'll be doing:
  • Be the friendly, helpful voice (or keyboard!) that guides customers through their banking journey.
  • Confidently handle enquiries by providing accurate information and quick, effective resolutions via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Use your excellent communication skills and empathy to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Educate and encourage customers to utilise self-service and digital channels, making their lives easier.
Who we're looking for:
  • Customer service minds that are passionate about helping people!
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience is ideal, but not essential.
  • Full working rights for the duration of the 3 month contract.
