We’re on the lookout for a Contact Centre Manager who knows how to get results - someone ready to take ownership of a high-performing outbound sales team in the Insurance sector and push it to the next level.
This is a hands-on leadership role based in Brisbane CBD, where you’ll be in the thick of the action - leading from the front and driving a culture built on performance, accountability, and pride.
What’s on offer:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll lead six Team Leaders and around 80 outbound sales consultants. Your focus: drive conversions, develop your leaders, and create a winning, high-energy environment.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ outbound sales leadership experience, ideally from a high-volume contact centre.
- Contact Centre Management experience
- A proven ability to smash targets and bring out the best in your team.
- Strong grasp of sales, compliance, and productivity metrics to coach and influence effectively.
- Confident, commercially minded, and resilient - you lead from the front and hold your own.
- $145K base + super + monthly commissions (earn $36K+ for hitting target).
