This role involves assisting the claims assessment team and managing your own portfolio of Accident and Sickness claims from end to end. You will have the opportunity to liaise with both clients and brokers and be responsible for regular communication via phone and email to update clients on the status of their claims and provide clear explanations regarding outcomes, including rejections.

About you:
To be successful in this position you will need to have at least 1 years’ experience in Accident and Sickness, Workers’ compensation or personal injuries claims.
- Proven ability to manage claims from start to finish, from notification to resolution in addition to coordinating with both customers and brokers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to be proactive.
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
