We’re on the lookout for an experienced Claims Assessor to join a thriving underwriting agency specialising in Accident & Sickness. In this role, you’ll manage your own portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution, working within a tight-knit, people-first team that values transparency, initiative, and support.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of Accident & Sickness claims end-to-end
- Liaise with brokers, claimants, medical professionals, and investigators
- Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to ensure fair outcomes
- Assist with complex claims and provide mentoring to junior staff
- Work closely with leadership to help drive team success
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal injury claims (Accident & Sickness or Workers Compensation preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, empathy, and a solutions-focused attitude
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are a bonus
- Competitive salary package: $100K–$120K + Super
