As Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, leading a high-performing team, and overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the cafe.
This is a hands-on leadership position, perfectly suited for someone who thrives on being actively involved on the floor, mentoring staff, and setting a high standard for service. You'll lead both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, guiding them to achieve excellence daily.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial capacity within a large cafe, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue.
- Strong barista skills and in-depth knowledge of speciality coffee.
- A natural leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience with ordering systems, efficient staff rostering, and basic financial management.
- The flexibility to work weekends and the ability to lead effectively from the front.
- $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Bonus/Incentive
- Monday - Friday, 5AM - 3PM
