You’ll combine your sales expertise with operational leadership, taking charge of the NSW branch while keeping your focus on growth and customer success.
- Build and maintain a strong, loyal customer base across hire and sales.
- Identify and convert new opportunities in key markets.
- Lead and support daily branch operations, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional service.
- Conduct face-to-face client visits, cold calls, and presentations.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with regular reporting.
- Maintain high standards of equipment quality, WHS compliance, and site safety.
- Provide expert advice and manage projects from start to finish.
You’re a natural networker who thrives on building long-term client relationships and closing deals. You’re commercially sharp, confident presenting to senior stakeholders, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to keep things running smoothly.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven sales or business development experience (equipment hire, HVAC, or similar a bonus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- CRM experience for lead tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
