Now, they’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join their team and drive new business growth.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of generating new business and fostering client relationships. You’ll have the flexibility to split your time between the office, working remotely, and meeting with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities within the local market.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of potential leads and sales prospects.
- Build and foster strong relationships with potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
- Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective strategies for growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally within facilities management, commercial services, or a related sector.
- A natural ability to connect with people, leave a lasting impression, and build genuine relationships.
- A self-motivated, driven mindset with the hustle to chase opportunities and turn leads into long-term clients.
- Confidence in networking, meeting new people, and representing the business with professionalism and energy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Organisational skills and resilience to manage a busy pipeline and keep momentum going.
- Base salary open to negotiation + super + commissions.
- Phone allowance + fuel card.
