About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the business, responsible for expanding the client base and forging strong, long-lasting relationships.
- $90,000 - $120,000 + Super + uncapped comms

- Develop and implement a growth strategy
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare and manage sales contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport, freight forwarding or 3PL warehousing
- Proven experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships
- Solid time management and planning abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is highly desirable
