As the Boutique Manager, you will be instrumental in launching and establishing this high-end boutique. You will be responsible for setting sales and inventory targets, optimising sales performance and profitability, and cascading sales goals to your team.
Your leadership will ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive the boutique's success.
This company takes pride in offering a truly bespoke and tailored service. A deep understanding of luxury retail, with a passion for horology or high-end products/experiences, is essential.
What we are looking for:
- Proven retail management experience in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
- A passion for luxury timepieces and the luxury industry.
- Experience in all aspects of boutique operations, including sales budgeting , inventory control , expense management , and visual merchandising.
- A natural leader, capable of inspiring and developing a highly motivated and dynamic team.
- Experience in human resource development, including hiring, staffing, performance appraisals, and coaching.
- Full-time permanent position.
- A base salary of $100,000 - $110,000 + Super + perks.
