They are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administrator/Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their warm and supportive team.

About the role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the administration team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Managing email correspondence
- Accurate data entry and transaction processing
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Report generation and invoicing
- Day-to-day accounts receivable duties
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
What we’re looking for
- Extremely strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Some admin or accounts experience
- A confident, personable and professional phone manner
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the confidence to work autonomously
- A willingness to learn and take initiative
