***6 month maternity leave contract until 15th May 2026 but may be extended depending on business requirement***

The role and company

As a Team Support Officer you will work closely with a team of Managers, Team Leaders and consultants providing admin support for the wider team.

With offices in Norwood, Mawson Lakes and Morphett Vale, and clients all over the state the team provide a range of services including support coordination, physio, developmental education and positive behaviour support.

The nuts and bolts

This role is a hybrid role and will see you working however suits you best.
From home, in the office... it's up to you!
Reporting to the Operations Manager (remote) you will: 
  • Provide administration support to the Team Managers and Team Leaders including back-up finance support with invoicing as required.
  • Maintain all databases including entering all client referral information
  • Forward all service related enquiries to Team Leaders
  • Manage workflow and operations team requests.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments
  • Data entry and uploading of relevant documentation to systems
  • Perform monthly wellbeing checks for NDIS clients.
What do we need from you?

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation or the team's services and critical to the client experience in a varied and fast paced environment.

You must have:
  • First and foremost, you have high attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude 
  • Initiative will be key to your success in this position
  • Previous administration experience in a similar position (NDIS sector experience is favourable)
  • Minimum Cert 3 in Business Administration (preferred)
  • A current NDIS clearance
  • Current driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.
  • NDIS experience essential (software experience with PRODA is a bonus).
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
