Our client is a well-established international software provider specialising in facilities, property and workplace management solutions. With a strong global presence and the backing of a publicly listed parent company, they have built an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative technology solutions to a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to join their Melbourne team.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their customer journey.
This is a varied role that combines account management, customer success, project coordination and commercial growth. You'll focus on strengthening existing relationships, increasing software adoption and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.
Working closely with internal Sales, Support, Product and Finance teams, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while contributing to the ongoing success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client accounts.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Support clients to maximise the value of the software platform.
- Coordinate project handovers and implementation activities.
- Deliver client training, product demonstrations and ongoing support.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively resolve client issues while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate account records and commercial documentation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B relationship management.
- A proven ability to grow existing accounts and identify commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
- Confidence presenting to clients and managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience within SaaS, software or technology is highly regarded.
