Role Details:
The team is based in Keysborough, and this role focuses on managing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for future business growth. Customer satisfaction will be a key priority, and you'll engage with clients via email, phone, and in-person visits to maintain strong relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, assisting with any queries they may have.
In addition, you’ll handle warm new business enquiries. This will involve discussing client needs and developing tailored proposals to suit their requirements. Other responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate customer records, and educating clients on new products.

- Confidence in conducting face-to-face client meetings, with occasional interstate travel for industry events. Please note that visiting clients at their workplace will be a key element in the role.
