Brand Manager Role

 

A Brand Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a brand's image, identity, and market position. This role plays a critical function in shaping how a brand is perceived by consumers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine brand strategy, positioning, and identity
  • Analyse market research and consumer insights to guide decisions
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing and brand campaigns

  • Monitor brand performance and adjust strategy as needed


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in brand management, marketing or related roles

  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and campaign results
  • Create mindset with ability to develop compelling brand assets
  • Project management skills
