Receptionist Role
A Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front-desk operations, communications and administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage check-ins, in a professional manner
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office support
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
