About the Role:
In this role, you’ll leverage your industry knowledge and established network to identify new business opportunities and support an existing client base. With a strong focus on service and accountability, you’ll work closely with contractors, project managers, and suppliers to deliver tailored plumbing solutions that meet the demands of civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the civil plumbing sector
- Identify sales opportunities and provide expert advice on external and underground plumbing solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a proactive approach to account management and after-sales support
- Represent the company at industry events and site meetings as required
- Sales experience in civil plumbing will be highly regarded, however will consider people within similar industries
- You possess a network existing industry contacts and the ability to quickly build rapport with key stakeholders
- Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and a service-first mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Happy to contribute to an office environment where there work hard but enjoy ourselves whilst we do it
