With continued growth in 2025, they're on the hunt for a driven Sales Representative to join their Business Lending team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Contact leads and answer enquiries from business owners seeking funding solutions
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate lending products
- Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to loan settlement
- Set up appointments for senior brokers and assist in structuring deals
- Work closely with a high-performing, supportive team in a collaborative office environment
- Permanent full-time role, Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm
- $55,000–$80,000 + Super + Commissions (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission | Realistic OTE of $100-$150k in your first year
- Comprehensive product and sales training provided

- Offices in Sydney CBD (preferred), Melbourne CBD, or Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast)
- Previous sales, finance, or lending experience preferred, but confident phone-based sales consultants from other industries are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
- A genuine interest in finance and/or business lending
- Ambitious and eager to learn
