About the Role:
As a Phone based Lead Generator & Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in the company’s growth by generating leads, booking appointments, and contributing to the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email (cold calling, outbound sales calls, and follow-ups)
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Accurately capture and manage data in the company CRM
- Attending sales meetings
- Contributing to sales strategies and campaign improvements
- $60,000-$75,000 + super + bonus (based on experience)
- Full-time permanent position (can be part-time/near full-time for the right candidate)
- Clear pathway for future progression into Business Development

- Office-based position in Dandenong
- Full training provided, industry experience not required
- Be part of premium, high-ticket projects and sales.
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or lead generation roles
- Confidence in engaging with people over the phone and building quick rapport
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer/MS Suite skills, CRM/database experience highly regarded
- A proactive, positive and goal-oriented mindset
