We're currently partnering with a growing and highly regarded business within the healthcare design and construction industry, seeking a driven Lead Generator/Appointment Setter to join their motivated and collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to secure a long-term role with the potential to progress into business development in the future.

About the Role:

As a Phone based   Lead Generator & Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in the company’s growth by generating leads, booking appointments, and contributing to the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities 
  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email (cold calling, outbound sales calls, and follow-ups)
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Accurately capture and manage data in the company CRM
  • Attending sales meetings
  • Contributing to sales strategies and campaign improvements

About You:  
  • Previous experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or lead generation roles
  • Confidence in engaging with people over the phone and building quick rapport
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer/MS Suite skills, CRM/database experience highly regarded
  • A proactive, positive and goal-oriented mindset
