- Familiarity with the SIL operation module
- Experience with Roster of Care (ROC)
- Current knowledge of NDIS billing processes
- Proficiency in using PRODA (NDIS portal)
- Experience working with SupportAbility (CRM) is highly desirable
- Part-time role (3 – 4 days per week)
- A deep understanding of NDIS plans
- Current knowledge of NDIS processes
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative position is highly desirable
- Permanent position
- $75k + super, pro rata
- Flexible working hours
- Must have prior AP experience
