About you:
We seek a proactive, experienced, and passionate leader with a background in luxury hotels / hospitality. Ideal candidates should:
- Have experience managing small to medium luxury properties, delivering exceptional service and leading high-performing teams in dynamic settings.
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes operations in a remote location.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build personal connections, ensuring a superior guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Hold a valid driver’s license, and the ability to apply for an Approved Manager Card (WA Liquor Licensing), First Aid and a Food Safety Certificate.
- Salary: Base circa $90K + Super (negotiable subject to experience)
