After a fully paid 6–8 week training at their US headquarters in Texas, you’ll join the Sydney team as a Consultant/Associate, delivering exceptional service to clients while developing your technical, business development, and client relationship skills.

- Proactively service and support contractor and supplier clients
- Deliver software training via phone, video, and in-person
- Manage inbound enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
- Handle account management functions, including invoicing and collections
- Participate in marketing and sales initiatives
- Analyse processes and suggest continuous improvement opportunities
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
- 0–5 years’ experience in customer service, call centre, or sales
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and email applications
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to build a career in SaaS and Business Development
- Available to travel to the USA for 6–8 weeks of training
