They’re currently looking for a driven graduate or customer service consultant  to join their supportive and ambitious team, and step into the booming world of SaaS. After a fully paid 6–8 week training at their US headquarters in Texas, you’ll join the Sydney team as a Consultant/Associate, delivering exceptional service to clients while developing your technical, business development, and client relationship skills.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively service and support contractor and supplier clients
  • Deliver software  training via phone, video, and in-person
  • Manage inbound enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
  • Handle account management functions, including invoicing and collections
  • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives
  • Analyse processes and suggest continuous improvement opportunities
You’ll start in a customer service role (approx. 18–24 months) with a clear plan to progress into business development, account management, and software sales.

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–5 years’ experience in customer service, call centre, or sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and email applications
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to build a career in SaaS and Business Development
  • Available to travel to the USA for 6–8 weeks of training
