Reporting directly to the National Customer Service Manager, you will work closely in a team of 6 initially based in their Richmond office.
This is an amazing opportunity to work in a unique and key role within the wider customer service and sales support team. You will be the conduit between sales, production and design. This role is responsible for customer service in addition to analysing architectural and structural drawings to prepare material utilisation. This includes managing order life cycles, administration tasks, inventory management & much more. This role is an internal role that provides solutions, analyses drawings, and works with the sales, design, and production teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in a professional, positive, and friendly manner whilst demonstrating a relentless desire to achieve business goals and objectives.
This is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 4PM (Flexible).
Please note this role will be relocating full-time to Essendon in late 2025 to their new purpose-built site.
About you:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally within the manufacturing/construction space
• Exposure to estimation within a construction or materials manufacturing environment.
• Experience using 2D CAD software (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a technical mindset
• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
