We are excited to be recruiting for  Service and Retention Consultants  for a leading Australian private health insurance provider, known for crafting personalised plans for members, veterans, and families.

  • Attractive salary of $65-70k + super
  • Surrey Hills location, 4 mins walk from train station or free off-street parking
  • Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-6pm and Friday, 8.30am-5pm (8-hour shifts)
  • No weekend or evening work
  • Hybrid working, 3 days from office, 2 days WFH

  • $1300 in private health insurance allowance following the probationary period 
  
About the role?

We're looking for a dedicated Service and Retention Consultant who will assist inbound customers with their health insurance inquiries. Your role will revolve around understanding each customer's unique needs, ensuring they are connected with the most fitting policies. You'll be their trusted guide through every step of the process, providing exceptional support and expertise.
  
About you?
  • Previous experience within private health insurance - highly desirable
  • Previous experience in general insurance - also highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a phone-based customer service/sales role
  • Previous experience working towards KPIs
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed
