Due to the company's growth in Victoria, we are on the lookout for an experienced Production Scheduler based in their new Essendon Fields location. 

Please note this is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start, Mon - Fri, 6AM - 2PM with occasional overtime. Initial training and onboarding will be in Bayswater with a travel allowance provided depending on location and commute, fully relocating to Essendon Fields late August 2025. 

Duties include - 

- Oversee daily CNC production operations, including shift management and labour rostering, to meet scheduling and output requirements.
- Create and modify basic cut files as required to support production needs.
- Undertake quality control checks of production output, ensuring it is produced to specification.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on the safe and effective use of CNC machinery and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on CNC routers, waterjet, and cutting machines, ensuring all equipment is programmed and operated in line with production specifications and product tolerances.

About you:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing/supply chain.
• Strong technical knowledge of a manufacturing facility/industry.
Experience with AutoCAD/Solidworks.
• Demonstrated experience in operating CNC routers and cutting machines.
• Experience manipulating files/linework on machines.
• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
