In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for their clients and customers, providing exceptional service through efficient document processing, handling of queries, and ensuring smooth transactions.
In short you are there to help clients and customers close on loan applications and answer any questions they may have along the way be it around the process, regulations or the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-volume document processing.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers via phone and email.
- Addressing queries from lawyers and lenders.
- Ensuring transactions meet requirements.
- Accurate data entry.
- Document recovery and mortgage registration assistance.
We are looking for:
- Strong customer service skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
