The Role?
This role is a cold calling role reaching out to highly specialised medical professionals across Australia including radiographers, ophthalmologists, emergency doctors, vets & more! The aim is to have a discovery call about their future plans, and talent map and form an appointment for the recruitment team to have a sit-down discussion with them. This is a long-term project to talent map medical professionals across Australia.
You will be required to make 80-100 calls a day to make 20 appointments for the recruitment team weekly. More calls and appointments made means more $$$!

Key Requirements
- Prior experience in cold calling or appointment-setting environments is essential
- Medical experience or understanding of medical terminology is highly regarded
- Proven history of hitting targets and results
- Naturally a driven and tenacious person
- Personable and able to connect with people
- A team player and your success is the success of the business
