As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their tight-knit finance team based in West Melbourne.
About the Role
This is a newly created role due to recent growth. You’ll play a key part in supporting timely and accurate financial processes and supplier payments.
Part-time flexibility: 25 hours per week with full flexibility across days and start/finish times. Please note this is an in-office role (no WFH).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Processing and uploading accounts payable batches.
- Setting up and maintaining accurate supplier records.
- Bank account verification and data updates.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Chasing outstanding payments as needed.
- Supporting general admin tasks within the finance team.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Ideally from a construction or property background (not essential).
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong communicator and happy to liaise across all departments.
