About the Role
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between valued clients and top-tier candidates, ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive. You’ll manage the full client and candidate lifecycle, from initial engagement to post-placement follow-ups, all while identifying new opportunities to expand our partnerships and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships  with both clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact  for key accounts, delivering clear communication and timely updates.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities  within the existing client base, presenting tailored solutions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end client and candidate journey, ensuring exceptional service and proactive engagement.
  • Accurate documentation and data entry  in CRM systems, tracking interactions, placements, and opportunities.
  • Monitor key account performance metrics  and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams  to deliver seamless solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
About You
  • Proven experience in account management, recruitment, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills  with a passion for exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify business growth opportunities  and drive revenue.
  • Organised and adept at managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
