About the Role
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between valued clients and top-tier candidates, ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive. You’ll manage the full client and candidate lifecycle, from initial engagement to post-placement follow-ups, all while identifying new opportunities to expand our partnerships and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, delivering clear communication and timely updates.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base, presenting tailored solutions to enhance client outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end client and candidate journey, ensuring exceptional service and proactive engagement.
- Accurate documentation and data entry in CRM systems, tracking interactions, placements, and opportunities.
- Monitor key account performance metrics and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Proven experience in account management, recruitment, or a similar client-facing role.
