Sales Support Coordinator Role

 

A Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate documentation and effective communication with clients and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with quotes, proposals and order processing
  • Maintain CRM data, track leads and update customer records
  • Coordinate communication between sales, clients and internal teams
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations and performance summaries
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts and product information
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, demos and client follow-ups
  • Help resolve customer inquiries and support post-sale activities
