- Identify and initiate partnership opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to secure agreements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Organise site visits, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase event participation value.
- Mentor and train account managers and staff to enhance sales skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within events, exhibitions, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and strategically.
- Experience in the caravan/RV industry or professional sales/marketing certification is highly desireable.
