CRM Manager Role

 

A CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage customer relationships, drive engagement and increase retention. The role involves leveraging customer data to deliver personalised experiences, optimise lifecycle marketing and support overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement CRM strategies to support customer engagement
  • Develop and manage lifecycle campaigns across emails, SMS and push
  • Segment audiences and personalise communications using data insights
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure data quality and integration
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and tech teams to align on goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention, loyalty and CLV


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field (sometimes preferred)
  • Experience in CRM, email marketing or customer engagement roles
  • Strong knowledge or CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
  • Proficient in data segmentation, A/B testing and automation workflows
  • Analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and KPIs
  • Understanding of GDPR and other privacy regulations
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and personalisation
