how it works? the process -
1.initial chat
We'll have a discussion about your unique hiring needs - the role you're recruiting for, how quickly the role needs to be filled, what type of candidate you are looking for and your cultural needs.
2.targeted advertising and marketing
We'll advertise your job on Australia's most popular job boards like SEEK and Indeed. Alongside this, we will advertise your role on our SMAART website jobs board.
3.candidate screening
We will secure candidates for you from a wide range of sources - extensive database searching, job boards, the entire Seek registered database, Indeed database, LinkedIn Recruiter, friends referrals, networking, social media and word of mouth. With the well-known, SMAART Recruitment brand and our innovative campaign marketing strategies, we're able to attract high caliber candidates from all across Australia.
4.shortlist presented
Once we have screened all suitable candidates, you will receive written bios and resumes for all shortlisted candidates.
5.time to make your hire
Now that the candidate shortlist has been presented to you, it's time for you to select who you want to interview and then, make your new hire. You have full control over who you interview, how you interview them and in making sure they are the right fit for you and your team.
If you don't make a hire from our shortlist, we can either repeat the process for you or give you $995 back.
