Account Director Role

 

An Account Director is a senior professional responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and leading account teams in advertising, marketing, or service-based industries. They serve as the primary strategic liaison between the organization and key client accounts.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with high-value clients

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client accounts

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

Strategic LeadershipDevelop comprehensive account strategies aligned with client business objectives

Required Qualifications
